The biggest differentiator here is the people. Every single person that we came into contact with was pleasant and clearly engaged in the experience. I was curious to see how a 3 star restaurant could surpass a 2 star. Impeccable service from entry through departure. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, informative and attentive.The Experience menu was a delight. The attention to detail in presentation was incredible. The artistic vision of Chef was manifested with each course.The presentation was only surpassed by the rich yet delicate complexities of each course. The inventive combination of the freshest ingredients was a continuous surprise course after course.This is fine dining at the highest possible level of perfection.
